Spiritual Guide, Mentor, and faith-filled Christian.

As a child, I was never afraid of dark energy.

From a young age, I could feel light and dark energy emanating from other people in a room, and I accepted this as a natural part of life. I remember challenging those dark feelings with my own spiritual energy, telling them they could not hurt me! Without knowing I would later become a spiritual healing mentor and guide for others, I was already a warrior of the light.

I grew up in the Catholic Religion where Jesus was the focus of my spiritual life. I had a strong faith in God even as a very young child. In my late twenties, after experiencing a traumatic life event, a spiritual awakening came to me and I began my own journey of emotional healing through meditation and learned how to listen to the powerful voice within.

Through my journey, I gained first-hand experience with many religions and spiritual realms.

I was introduced to Spiritism which allowed me to learn more about the energy and nature of spirits. At this time a friend suggested I join her in a spiritual gathering. This led me to the Santeria Religion, which is an African-Cuban Religion, practiced within the Hispanic culture.

When the Yoruba tribespeople of West Africa were brought to Cuba as slaves, they preserved their religious heritage by disguising their gods as Catholic saints and worshiping them in secret. The resulting religion is Santeria, a blend of primitive spiritual magic and Catholicism. During this time, I gained a deeper awareness regarding witchcraft and black magic, which did not line up with my energy and core beliefs and I was able to remove myself through my strong faith and convicted beliefs in God.

Traveling on a distant healing meditation tour to Italy in the town of St. Francis of Assisi, I focused my energy and vibrations on the divine love of all God’s beautiful creation. During further soul therapy and learning the power of true spiritual healing, I focused on the life of Jesus as I traveled a month-long spiritual journey to Israel. Then as I toured through the magical country of Ireland, I learned the deep meanings and treasures of wisdom found in Celtic spirituality.

While studying alternative healing and holistic practices, I traveled with other amazing healers who practiced whole body, chakra balance, and vibrational methods of healing. Through these mind, body and spiritual teachings I learned Hypnotherapy, Advanced Reiki, Therapeutic Techniques for Wholeness in Chakras, Feng Shui, Dance Kinetics, and Sound Healing.

As my extensive knowledge and skills of alternative health practices were brought to light, I was asked to teach the healing methods of holistic practices to college nurses as an Adjunct Professor.

My learning and meditation tours of distant travel continued as I then journeyed to Egypt and Bali, where I learned the teachings of Shamanic practices and deepened my knowledge on the healing power of love.

I had become known as a shaman by many healers, not knowing myself what it meant at the time.

Shamanic healing is part of a holistic healing system that works with other helpful modalities such as Western medicine. Shamanic healers are bridges between the spiritual and physical who can travel the unseen distance through the various realms and see the vibrational energies in both the darkness and the light. They are translators of spiritual guidance and wisdom, gatherers of spiritual vibrations, and conduits of divine love who mentor, heal, guide and help those in need, which is even possible through distance healing.

While still in the shamanic world, I had been given a special opportunity to visit the soul of India for an exploration into the heart of their spiritual beliefs. We explored together the belief systems and spirituality of five different spiritual communities: Sikhism, Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism, and Sufism.

Then being introduced to Kabbalah, I became enlightened regarding the teachings of ego versus the light, through the esoteric method, discipline, and school of thought in Jewish mysticism.

One day, as I was walking to my favorite park after leaving the Jewish practice of Kabbalah, I met a Jewish friend that I had not seen in years. Ironically, she invited me to a prayer group in the nearby Catholic Church. I realize now that God was directing my spiritual life.

I began reading and listening to the teachings of the Bible and participating in community group prayer. The church closed within six months and before we entered the new church, we met in each other’s homes. After a year of and learning and meditating on the Bible teachings and weekly prayer meetings, we entered the new church and opened our group to other members.

I had been given a spiritual revival and I led the group in biblical teachings for the next year.

I was then guided to a non-denominational Christian Church to study the Bible and join in prayer groups. I continued to take courses and learn through my spiritual enlightenment.

In joining the prison ministry and helping prisoners with spiritual enlightenment for several years, I brought the Word of God to inmates. In traveling on Christian cruises to the distances of Alaska and the Caribbean Islands with several well-known pastors.

While in Alaska, I embraced the divine and creative power of God in a land of unimaginable beauty. In the Caribbean Islands, I was given the therapeutic opportunity to rest my body and renew my spirit in the divine presence of the Lord.

I then opened spiritual healing groups in my New York office to assist clients with the spiritual healing of God. The focus of these groups was to build our character in the nine fruits of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faith, gentleness, and self-control.

As I experienced Western traditional psychotherapy and Eastern alternative healing practices, I founded and became the visionary of Darin Transformations, LLC, in which The Darin Method® is my proprietary approach to physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing through mentoring and guidance that helps clients harness their potential and achieve success in their goals.

I’ve continued to study the Bible, and the meaning of spirituality and faith in life extensively through the years. During the Covid pandemic, I have been in an online Bible study group at the Church of St. Augustine, in Larchmont New York, and Alpha Online discussions exploring life through a faith-based lens with Trinity Life Church in Westchester, NY.

In the last forty years, I have assisted men, women, families, and groups with spiritual guidance and healing.

Some clients have immediate or ongoing health-related or emotional traumas, while others seek traditional and non-traditional spirit council, and long distance healing. The age range of my clients are from teens to seniors on a global platform of distance healing. Recently, I had been honored to co-facilitate a Virtual Connect Group at Hillsong Church with Daren Khairule.

One of the gifts God works through me is healing and releasing people from physical, emotional, and spiritual bondage.

We are each three parts: body, soul, and spirit. In healing the sick we refer to the physical body. In healing the soul we clear negative energies and change vibrational patterns, correct belief systems, and heal emotions that have caused mental and physical diseases.

The most important relationship I have is with God.

God cares about your physical body, your emotional health, and your spiritual life. The heart of God is to love and to heal and He will often use His people in healing, but it is essential to remember “it is always God who heals.”

People have a role in healing and must have the faith to receive their healing.

We are all God’s children and He loves each of us no matter our culture, religion, or gender.
