When our main chakras are open, energy can flow freely throughout our bodies. As a registered nurse and healthcare practitioner for more than 40 years, I have seen clients’ emotional and spiritual blocks to their chakras that have caused disease. I’ve assisted thousands of people in healing and transforming their lives, and I’m here to help you spot the symptoms of unbalanced chakras in your physical body. These are several common signs your chakras are out of balance.

Excessive Fatigue

Low motivation, poor sleep, and difficulty waking up or falling asleep are all possible symptoms of chakras that need to be balanced. You may feel drained during the day or feel the need to take naps to recharge. When your chakras need attention, you will first feel it in your energy levels.

Body Aches and Pains

When your chakras are in balance, you feel great. On the other hand, the most common sign that your chakras are out of balance is pain. Your body will let you know when it isn’t functioning optimally by giving you symptoms such as a headache, backache, or stomachache, among others. Instead of taking pain medication, address what’s causing the root imbalance in your body so that you can begin to heal naturally.

Emotional Imbalances

Emotions are energy in motion that result from your thoughts and actions. They can be positive or negative; either way, they’re powerful forces that affect your thoughts and actions.

Emotional imbalances are often rooted in blocked energy channels. When a chakra is out of balance or blocked, it may affect your relationships with others and yourself and even lead to depression. These ailments can all be addressed in a healing session online with a virtual holistic therapist.

Poor Digestion

Your digestive system is an essential part of your overall health. Good digestion allows you to absorb nutrients from food and beverages so your body can use them. Poor or imbalanced digestion can lead to various issues, including bloating, gas, constipation, and even headaches.

Digestive issues are a common sign that your chakras are out of balance. The solar plexus chakra, located in the abdomen, is the most common cause of this imbalance. A blockage of these chakras can also create gall bladder and kidney issues.

Analysis Paralysis

Your crown chakra, located at the top of your head, is responsible for making you feel accepted and is responsible in part for decision making. When this chakra is balanced, you will feel unshakeable trust in your inner guidance.

However, when unbalanced, you may feel like you are overanalyzing everything or not moving forward because you are trying to look at things from every angle. If one chakra is blocked, others will try to correct the issue by becoming over-reactive in the crown chakra.

Chakras can become imbalanced because of an underlying issue such as stress or trauma. The goal is to be conscious and aware of your chakras so that you can recognize when one or more of them are blocked. Once you have pinpointed the root of the imbalance, you can focus on realigning yourself to achieve a sense of balance and harmony again.
